Multidimensional “diversity” in evaluation committees

Based on the objective and scope of evaluation, define as many diversity dimensions as possible to be considered and include them as far as possible in the reviewers team / jury / hearing committee: e.g. representatives of different stakeholder groups, organizational units, career stages, countries or regions, roles, sectors.
